Through financial support from the Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board, the Santee Health & Wellness Center is able to offer a $25.00 gas voucher for completing a breast AND/or cervical cancer screening test (mammogram and/or pap smear).
If you have already completed either or both of these tests between September 1, 2021 and now, call nurse Meagan or Tina at the nurses station for a verification request.
Once confirmation is complete, you can schedule a time with Darlene Kitto to pick up your voucher(s). V
