In this video, we begin an important journey together — a journey to reclaim Wicozani Waste, a true Culture of Health, for ourselves, our families, and our people.
Many of the health challenges we see today — diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and cancer — are relatively new to our people. While modern medicine can help, our first and strongest line of defense has always been our way of life — our culture.
For countless generations, our ancestors lived in balance.Healthy food, movement, connection, and purpose weren’t choices — they were simply life. And because of that, our people were among the strongest and healthiest to walk this earth.
For the next 8 weeks, we will walk this path together. Not through lectures or telling each other what to do — but through sharing, listening, learning, and supporting one another. Real culture change doesn’t come from force. It comes when people see what works and choose it for themselves.
Each week, we’ll gather here to talk about what we’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how we’ve overcome challenges along the way. If we stay connected and don’t quit, success is inevitable.
👇 Join the conversation below:Share one healthy change — big or small — that you’ve made in your life that’s been successful. Respond to each other, encourage one another, and help build this community in a good way.
Be sure to check back for next week’s video.I’ll see you in the comments, and I’ll see you next week.
